I turned around and my best friend wasnt there
All I saw was a face I did not recognize
He killed my friend and left me in despair

His talk was cold and voice was chilling
It sent a shiver down my body
I will carry on, if almighty is willing

I guess it was never meant to be
Tried hard to hold on to the shreds of what was left
Afraid of the future that I could not see

Dear friend you will always be remembered
Thank you for the sweet moments and fond memories
I wish I had said a kind word

Every night on my pillow tears I weep
